住宅小区建筑设计方案评价的灰色关联法

A GRAY CORRELATION ANALYSIS METHOD OF ARCHITECTURE DESIGN SCHEME EVALUATION ON RESIDENTIAL AREAS

建筑设计方案是房地产开发中建筑功能、环境效果、社会劳动消耗和经济效益的集中体现。本文在对影响评价结果精度和现有评价方法不足分析的基础上,提出运用灰色关联法评价建筑设计方案的方法,此方法根据住宅小区建筑设计的特点,对影响设计方案的因素进行了综合分析,建立了建筑设计方案的指标体系及其判断矩阵,并使之定量化,规律化,运用层次分析法确定指标因素的权重,采用灰色关联法,构造出设计方案的评价模型,根据关联度的大小确定建筑设计的最优方案。此方法克服了现行实际评价方法的不足,不仅科学地确定评价指标的权重,减小了主观因素对评价结果的影响,而且提高了评价结果的辨别能力,具有实际的应用价值。

In this paper, an evaluation method of architecture design schemes based on gray correlation analysis is presented to improve the accuracy of current methods. A quantified and systematized criterion, as well as its evaluation matrix, is established . The weight of each criterion is determined by hierarchy analysis. Then an evaluation model based on gray correlation analysis is constructed to find the best scheme referencing the correlation degree.
