摘要
概述了在全球水危机的前提下 ,我国节水的必要性、紧迫性和可行性 ,从民用建筑的用水特点出发 ,从软、硬件两个方面阐述了节水的具体措施 。
According to world wide water crisis the necessity, urgency and feasibility of water saving in our country are elaborated. And from the water consumption characteristics of civil buildings the concrete measures are proposed from tow aspects to provide good idea for urban water saving.
