The classification and necessity of supply water of separate quality of pipe network are discussed. Based on systematic analysis of advanced treatment technology of drinking water and combined with project example the drinking water cost of separate quality water supply system is analyzed and from technique and economic aspects the feasibility of supplying water with separate quality is put forward.
