论述了索赔在工程建设中的重要性 ,讨论了树立索赔观念 ,遵守索赔程序 ,注重收集索赔证据等在索赔过程中必须重视的问题 。
The importance of claim in engineering construction is discussed; at the same time some questions such as erecting sound claim conception, complying with claim program and the evidence collection for claim are pointed out that should be pay more attention in construction to protect self rights and interests.
