The implement of bidding system in geotechnical engineering is a great reform in capital construction and management in our country. In this paper through analysis on the characteristics of bidding in geotechnical engineering and combined with project the bidding strategy in geotechnical engineering bidding is discussed and some practical suggestions are proposed, too.
