摘要
从设计和施工两大要素入手 ,对住宅建筑的经济性进行了评价。阐述了具体经济指标和设计原则 ,强调了施工方案如何创造最佳经济效果。
The economic assessment of residential building are carried out from design and construction aspects. The concrete economic indicator and design principle are elaborated. At the same time the construction plan is emphasized that how to create optimal economic effect. At last the importance of economic analysis of residence is proposed.
