介绍了工程造价的构成 ,工程变更的原因、程序和分类以及工程索赔的原因、原则和程序 ,提出了工程索赔时的注意事项 。
The composition of project cost, project changes' causes, project changes' classification and procedures, reasons of project claims, its principle and procedures are introduced. The matters needing attention are proposed for project claim. Finally the importance of project changes and project claims' application in engineering are pointed out.
