摘要
目的 :测定生脉饮中五味子醇甲的含量。方法 :样品减压蒸干 ,用乙酸乙酯超声提取 ,提取液过滤 ,蒸干。残渣用甲醇溶解后 ,经高效液相色谱仪测定。PHENOMENEXC18色谱柱 (4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ,流动相乙腈 甲醇 水 (15∶15∶10 ) ,柱温 30℃ ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :生脉饮中五味子醇甲与其他成分良好分离。五味子醇甲的保留时间为 7.10min ,线性范围 0 .2~ 2 .0 μg ,r =0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 10 0 .5 % ,RSD为 2 .84%。 结论 :本法灵敏度高、操作简便、结果准确 ,可用于生脉饮五味子醇甲的含量测定。
Objective: To determine the concentration of schisandrin in Shengmaiyin with HPLC.Method: The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate through supersonic wave. The solution was filtrated and evaporated. The residue was resolved with methanol and determined by HPLC using PHENOMENEX C 18 ( 4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm) chromatographic column, methanol-acetonitrile-water (15∶15∶10) as mobile phase. The wavelength for detection was 254 nm. Result: The peak of schizandrin appears on about 7.10 minutes. The standard curves of schizandrin were linear in the concentration range of 0.2-2.0 μg, r =0.999 6. The average recovery of schizandrin were 100.5%(RSD 2.84 %)?Conclusion: This method was found to be sensitive, quick and accurate for the measurement of schizandrin concentrations in Shengmaiyin.
