Study of phase modulation of an opto-electrical feedback semiconductor laser

本文研究了光锁相环(OPLL)式光电反馈半导体激光器(LD)的相位调制特性,特别研究了引起相位调制特性曲线振荡的原因以及抑制振荡的方法。

The phase modulation properties of an optical phaselocked loop(OPLL) type opto-electrical feedback semiconductor laser (LD) are presented. The oscillation in the curves of phase modulation is studied specially. The reasons and the methods for the suppression of the oscillation are given.
