摘要
20 0 3年 2月 2 4日 10时 0 3分 ,新疆伽师县境内发生 6 8级地震 ,极震区烈度Ⅸ度 ,对邻近的巴楚县琼库尔恰克等乡镇造成严重毁坏和伤亡。地震造成灾害损失近14亿人民币。文章对此次地震的基本参数、震源机制、地震序列、震害损失评估及地震应急工作等作了概述。
At 10:03 a.m of Februray 24,2003,an earthquake of M 6.8 occurred in Jiashi County,Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.The intensity of the earthquake in the meizoseismal region is Ⅸ, resulting great damage and casualties in the neighboring villages and towns,such as Qongkurqiake, Bachu County. The losses caused by the earthquake are about 1.4 billion RMB$. Some information data about the earthquake are outlined, including basic parameters,focal mechanism,earthquake sequence,evaluation of earthquake disaster losses and earthquake emergency work and so on.
