摘要 酒钢选矿厂弱磁系统一次分级设备由双螺旋分级机改为旋流器后 ,磨矿分级循环负荷大幅度提高 ,磨矿效率由 1.5 7t/ (m3·h)提高到 2 .3 0t/ (m3·h) ,每小时新增 - 2 0 0目为 16.42t,分级产品适合于新磁选设备的选别要求 。 Since the double-spiral classifier in the primary classification of low intensity magnetic separation line in Jiu Steel's concentrator was replaced by hydrocyclones,the circulating load of grinding-classification has been greatly increased, with grinding efficiency raised from 1.57 t/(m 3·h) to 2.30 t/(m 3·h) and hourly increase of -200 mesh size fraction being 16.42t. With the classified product meeting the requirements of new equipment for magnetic separation, the equipment change has achieved rather satisfactory effect.
