摘要
本文简要论述了知识管理的概念 ,阐述了图书馆知识管理的基本特征 ,并从构建新的组织架构、利用信息技术加强知识交流与共享、设立知识主管 (CKO)、加强人员培训、营造学习型组织、将知识管理贯彻于服务工作等方面 。
This article briefly discusses the principle of knowledge management and expounds the basic character of the knowledge management. It exhaustively puts forward a concrete measure for library enforcement knowledge management through constructing new organic frame, utilizing information technology to strengthen knowledge intercourse and sharing, setting up CKO, strengthening clerks training, building up study organizations and implementing knowledge management into service work and so on.
