To accelerate knowledge flow among innovative elements in system is the key when national innovation system is established.Knowledge alliances are the effective organization mode of knowledge flow in national innovation system.This paper discusses some key questions concerning knowledge alliances,including alliances formaton reasons,concept of knowledge alliances,main features of knowledge alliances.Further more,it also analyzes how knowledge alliances accelerate knowledge flow in national innovation system.
