摘要
随着环境的变化 ,数字图书馆相对于传统图书馆有很多不同的和新的特权要求。本文以此为出发点 ,探讨了数字图书馆在信息搜集、开发、提供数字化服务的过程中应享有的特权。
While the circumstances are changing,the right requests between digital library and traditional library should be different.Based on this principal,this paper discussed the rights that digital library should enjoy during the process of collecting information.kibrary development and supplying digitl services.
