In the electronic information era,more and more digital documents come into being and change the sit-uation of the sources of libraries and the habits of readers.They also raise new problems and challenges to the copyright protection which is not only related to the law but to be needed the support of computer technology.This paper makes an analysis of and probes into the status que and existing problems of the copyright protection of the digital documents.
