Unity of official dispatches and achieves is the objective requirement of the society.It is rational in theory and practical in practice.In our practical work,we should not only seek the unity of leadership,the unity of organiza-tion,the unity of methods and the support of technology,but we should also establish the concept of humanism and regard the humans as a center in the unity of management activities so as to enhance the efficiency of dispatches and the achieve information management ,to provide all walks of the society with timely and accurate information.
