α-细辛脑合灯盏细辛注射液治疗肺源性心脏病呼吸衰竭疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of α-Xixinnao injection(α-细辛脑注射液) and Dengzhan Xixin injection(灯盏细辛注射液) in treating respiratory failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease

目的 :观察α细辛脑注射液联合灯盏细辛注射液治疗慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作期呼吸衰竭的疗效。方法 :选择 6 0例患者 ,随机分成两组。观察组 30例采用α细辛脑注射液、灯盏细辛注射液配合西药治疗 ;对照组 30例则单纯用西药治疗。结果 :观察组总有效率 ( 96 .6 7% )高于对照组 ( 73.33% ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;观察组在改善患者临床症状、血气结果、血液流变学指标等方面均优于对照组 ( P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :α 细辛脑注射液与灯盏细辛注射液配合西药治疗肺心病呼吸衰竭有较好的疗效。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of αXixinnao injection(α细辛脑注射液) and Dengzhan Xixin injection(灯盏细辛注射液) in treating respiratory failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups.Observation group(n=30) were treated with αXixinnao injection and Dengzhan Xixin injection,and the control group(n=30) were treated with western medicine only.Results:The total curative effect rate(96.67%) in observation group were higher than that in control group(73.33%,P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms,blood gas and hemorrheology in observation group were all superior to those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion: αXixinnao and Dengzhan Xixin injection in treating respiratory failure of chronic pulmonary heart disease have a good effect.
