摘要
红色基KD合成新工艺以氯苯甲酸为原料,经硝化、醚化、酰胺化、还原4步反应制得。该工艺缩短了反应步骤,提高了收率,降低了成本。其中酰胺化反应是关键步骤,文章分析了该反应的亲核取代机理及催化剂种类、催化剂用量、溶剂、温度等条件对反应的影响。
New synthesis process of red KD base is based on chlorobenzoic acid via four steps: nitration, etherifica-tion, amidation and reduction. By using this process, reaction steps can be simplified, yields be increased and costs be reduced. This article analyzed nucleophilic substitution mechanism of amidation reaction which was the key step in new process, the effect factors such as catalyst type, catalyst volume, solvent and temperature were also involved.
