摘要
针对 3 5t h煤粉锅炉燃烧低挥发分无烟煤时 ,存在燃烧不稳定 ,锅炉热效率低 ,不能在额定负荷下长周期稳定运行等问题 ,采取增加炉膛高度 ,增加一组空气预热器 ,改进燃烧器等措施进行改造。
In view of the problems of combustion ustable,heat efficiency low and long-term stable run at norminal load impossible when 35t/h coal powder boiler burnt anthracite of low volatile content,modifications as heightening furnace chamber,adding one group of air preheaters,improving burner structure,etc.were adopted and achieved a great improvement on the boiler.
