摘要
为深层发酵法培养香菇菌产生香菇多糖,研究最适培养基、最佳培养条件和发酵周期。指出R×16香菇菌以黄豆饼粉葡萄糖为培养基,温度在26~28℃中,pH为4.5~5.0,摇瓶转速为150~180r/min时,菌丝体干重和多糖得率较高。
In order to produce the polysaccharide of Lentinus edodes by submerged Culture technique,the paper reported the results of studies on the suitable medium,Optimal Condition of Culture and cycle of fermentation,The results indicated that the yields of polysaccha-eide and the dry weight of mycelia of R×16 of strains were higher on the Soybean meal glucose medium;temperature 26-28℃;pH 4. 5-5. 0 and shake rate 150-180 r/min.
