精神疾病患者合并骨折康复治疗

Mental disease patients with fracture combine rehabilitation therapy

目的 :探讨精神疾病患者合并骨折康复期治疗。方法 :对 32例精神病人合并骨折康复期治疗进行回顾性总结分析。结果 :精神病痊愈 19例 ,显著好转 6例 ,好转 4例 ,无效 3例。骨折愈合功能恢复 31例 ,患肢缩短跛行 1例。结论 :必须在有效的抗精神病治疗基础上 ,根据骨折及骨折固定情况 ,进行骨折关节、肌肉功能训练 ,物理治疗以恢复肢体功能 ,并配合心理治疗 ,护理、饮食支持治疗提高疗效。

Objective:To investigate the mental disease patients with fracture combining rehabilitation therapy. Method: 32 cases of mental disease patients with fracture referred for rehabilitation therapy were analyzed. Results: 19 subjects treated have complete remission; 6 maked improvement and 4 improvement, Three Subjects got no improvement. 31 subjects of fracture recovered from their illness. One Case got Lame because of leg shortened. Conclusion: Antipsychotic medication therapy was important, 32 cases were treated with frafure fixation, muscle function fraining and physical therapy according frature fixaction instruments, combining psychotherapy and supporttive therapy could improve clinical effects.
