葛根素对自发性高血压大鼠血脂及层粘连蛋白的影响

The Effect of Puerarin on the Blood Lipid and Laminin of Spontaneuosly Hypertensive Rat

目的:观察葛根素对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)血脂及层粘连蛋白(LN)的影响,探讨葛根素降脂及肾脏保护作用。方法:将29周龄高蛋白喂养的SHR随机分为3组,以盐酸苯那普利为阳性对照。观察葛根素降脂及减少LN的作用。结果:①盐酸苯那普利治疗组的Tch、LDL、HDL、ApoA_1、ApoB与对照组相比有显著性差异;葛根素治疗组Tch、LDL、HDL、ApoA_1与对照组相比有显著性差异,TG、ApoB与对照组相比差异不明显。③两药治疗组LN表达量较对照组明显减少,两组间无明显差异。结论:葛根素具有调节脂质代谢,使LN表达下调、减轻肾损伤的作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of puerarin on the blood Lipid and laminin (LN) of spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR) and study the role of puerarin in reduction of blood lipid and protection of kidney. Methods: 29 weeks old SHRs were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1 was treated with benazepril hydrochloride tables. Group 2 was injected with puerarin injection. Group 3 was untreated.①I group 1 the levels of total cholesterol (TCH), low density lipoprotein(LDL), high density lipoprotein (HDL),apolipoprotein A (ApoAl),apolipoprotein B (ApoB) were significantly reduced,and there was a marked difference between group 1 and the level of group 3 (P < 0.01) I group 2 the levels of Teh, LDL, HDL, ApoA1 were significantly reduced too, and the difference of them between this group and group 3 was remarkable ( P < 0.01),but the difference in levels of TG, ApoB was not remarkable (P < 0.05) .② The level of LN was lower in group 1 and 2 than that in group 3( P > 0.01) .There was no difference between the two groups ( P > 0.05) . Conclusion: Puerain has the effects of regulating lipid metabolism, down-regulating LN level in glomerular and alleviating damage to kidney.
