老年疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的应用

The application of pulg mesh hernioplasty in elderly inguinal hernia

目的 探讨老年人疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的近期疗效。方法 对 35例次老年人疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 平均手术时间 40 min,住院天数 3～ 7d。术后 8～ 30 h均能下床活动。全部未使用镇痛药物。并发症 :急性尿潴留 1例 ,恶心呕吐 1例 ,术后低热 2例。切口感染率及近期复发率均为 0。结论 疝环充填式无张力疝修补术具有操作简便、创伤小、恢复快、无张力、低复发率、适应症宽的优点而成为老年腹股沟疝的理想术式。

Objective To summarize the recent therapentic effects of plug mesh herniolasty in elderly ingunal hernia.Methods The clinical dates of 35 cases in 33 elderly patients performed with pug mesh hernioplasty were analysed retrospectively.Results All were performed smoothly.The averae operation time was 40 minutes.Hospitalisatior time was 3~7 days.The patients could move 8~30 hours after operation.No one accepted drugs for postoperative pain.The postoperative complications were not severe,example for urinary retention.No wound had infection and no recurrence was observed.Conclusions Plug mesh herniplasty has such simple performance,less trauma,tension-free,fewer recurrence and wide indication that it is expecially suitalbe to the elderly patients and patients with other diseases.
