眼内容物摘除术后义眼座Ⅰ期植入的改良方法

Modification of one-step method placement of orbital implant after evisceration

目的 评估眼内容物摘除术后义眼座 期植入改良方法的临床效果。方法 2 8例因各种原因导致失明、疼痛患者 ,行眼内容物摘除术后 期眼座植入 ,在后巩膜松驰切口的基础上进行改良 ,将后巩膜切口充分扩大 ,使义眼座能够顺利通过后巩膜直接进入肌锥内 ,同时使后巩膜和前巩膜都成为义眼座的前层。术后随访期 6个月。结果 2 8例接受了 18mm～ 2 2 mm义眼座植入术术后 1例术眼疼痛持续 2个月 ,1例术后上睑沟加深 ,无 1例出现假体暴露 ,术后运动功能良好 ,,术后义眼座有钻孔的病例 ,运动功能尤佳。结论 此术式的优势超过以往的手术方法 。

Objective To study the clinic effect about modification of one-step method placement of orbital implant after Evisceration.Methods Twenty-eight blind,painful eye has presented for placement of orbital implant.we modified the methods of relaxing incisions in the posterior sclera into expanded relaxing incisions,an unwrapped hydroxyapatite orbital implant is present behind the posterior sclera in the intramuscular cone,two layers of sclera are present anteriorly.Follow up 6 months period.Results Twenty-eight patients received implants ranging in diameter from 18 mm to 22 mm.Minor complications occurred in two patients,none of the 28 patients in the study was found to have exposure of orbital implant,the functional and aesthetic result in all patients was excellent.Conclusion The described modified implant placement technique is a safe and dependable methods,has advantages over other methods before.
