摘要
18F具有优越的物理特性,相对长的半衰期允许有较充足的药物标记和显像研究时间,其类氢特性不至于引起标记分子的空间结构发生明显改变,因此,18F广泛用于标记葡萄糖、氨基酸、脂肪酸、核苷、受体的配体和神经递质等分子,利用PET探查血流、代谢、蛋白质合成和神经递质功能活动,借以诊断肿瘤、心脏疾病、神经和精神性疾病,并指导和确定疾病的治疗方案。因此,掌握并了解18F及其标记化合物的生产合成,将对生物功能影像学和分子核医学的发展具有非常重要的意义。
Fluorine-18has predominant physical features with long half-life and the enough time for preparation of ra-diopharmaceuticals and PET imaging.Also,the chemical nature of fluorine-18is similar to that of hydrogen,and the flu-orine-18labelled organic molecules can't change the non-labelled molecular character.Therefore,fluorine-18is widely applied in the labelled glucose,amino acids,fatty acids,nucleotide,receptor-ligand and neurotransmitter molecular etc.,with the propose of detecting the blood flow,metabolism,synthesis of the protein and the neurotransmitter function in brain by PET imaging.It is very important in the basic science and clinical research to understand and master the prepa-ration of the fluorine-18and its labelled compounds.
