温病湿热证湿重于热动物模型的研究

Study on Animal Model with Seasonal Febrile Disease(SFD) symptom of Wetness Evil over Heat Evil (WEOHE)

目的 应用中医理论 ,模拟临床病因 ,建立温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型。方法 采用复合因素 (中药造模因素 +饮食、气候因素 +致病生物因子 ) ,复制温病湿热证湿重于热的动物模型。结果 该模型从症状体征、生化、药物反证等方面 ,均证明近似于温病湿热证湿重于热的临床表现。

Objective: Setting up animal model with SFD symptom of WEOHE by utilizing TCM theory and simulating clinic cause of disease.Method: Employing compound factors (including Chinese herb + diet, climatic factor + biological factor) to reproduce animal model with SFD symptom of WEOHE.Result: It was suggested that the symptoms, body signs, biochemistry and medical disproof of the animal model are similar with clinic situation of SFD symptom of WEOHE.Conclusion: The animal model succeeds.
