甘草大戟同用对大鼠心肝肾功能及病理形态的影响

Influence on the Rat Heart, Liver and Renal Fuction and Their Pathological Form by Combined Use of Licorice Root(LR) and Peking Euphorbia Root(PER)

目的 观察中药十八反中甘草与大戟同用对大鼠心、肝、肾功能及形态的影响。方法 将实验动物分为甘草组、大戟组、甘草加大戟组及对照组 4组 ,分别灌服等量甘草、大戟、甘草加大戟煎剂和生理盐水 ,连续 7d ,观察大鼠心、肝、肾功能及形态的变化。结果 单纯大戟对动物肝功能有一定影响 ,但配伍甘草后对肝功能影响加重。甘草加大戟对大鼠心功能有明显影响 ,对肾功则无影响。对大鼠心、肝、肾脏组织形态有一定影响 ,但停药后可以恢复。结论 甘草、大戟同用后有一定的副反应 。

Objective: Discussing the influence on the rat heart, liver and renal function and their pathological form by combined use of Licorice Root(LR) and Peking Euphorbia Root(PER) in Eighteen Incompatible Medicaments(EIM). Method: Dividing experimental animals into four groups as LR, PER, LR+PER and saline group, feeding them with equal volume medicine respectively for 7 days, observing the changes of rat heart, liver and renal function and their pathological form. Result: Single PER has some influence on rat liver function and this influence becomes more serious by combing with LR. There are obvious influence on the rat heart function and no influence on renal function for LR+PER group. There are some influence on organization form of the heart, liver and kidney for LR+PER group and this influence can recover after stopping medication. Conclusion: There are side reaction with the combined use of LR and PER, so they should be used carefully in clinic.
