荆芥、防风挥发油抗炎作用的实验研究

Experimental Research for Anti-inflammation of Volatile Oil of Fineleaf Schizonepeta Herb(FSH) and Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root(DSR)

对荆芥防风挥发油的抗炎作用进行试验 ,结果显示 :荆芥防风挥发油对二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀、小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性、角叉菜胶致大鼠胸膜炎等急性炎症 ;对小鼠棉球肉芽种等慢性炎症和大鼠弗氏完全佐剂致关节炎肿胀、对小鼠耳异种被动皮肤过敏反应等过敏性炎症均有抑制作用 。

The experimental results suggest that volatile oil of FSH and DSR has obvious inhibition for the following kinds of inflammation: acute inflammation such as mice swelling of auricle caused by xylene, mice abdominal capillary permeability and rat pleurisy caused by carrageenan, chronic inflammation such as mice granulation swelling, hypersensitive inflammation such as arthritis swelling caused by Freund's complete adjuvant (FCA) and mice cutaneous anaphylaxis. This research provides experimental base for reasonable use of FSH and DSR.$$$$
