摘要
目的 建立参芍心欣方有效部位中芍药苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用YWG C18色谱柱(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,10 μm) ,流动相为乙腈— 0 2 %磷酸水溶液 (14∶86 ) ,流速 1mL/min ,检测波长 2 30nm。结果 该法平均回收率为 96 9% ,RSD =2 39% (n =5 )。结论 本法操作简便、准确 。
Objective To establish a method used for quantitatively determining paeoniflorin in the effective fraction of Shenshaoxinxin Formula. Method HPLC techniques were adopted: the YWGC 18 column (250 mm×4 6 mm, 10 μm) was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0 2% phosphoric acid (14∶86) at a flow rate of 1 ml/minute, and the detecting wavelength was 230 nm. Results The average recovery was 96 9% and RSD was 2 39% ( n =5). Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, and can be used as one of the methods for controlling the quality of the effective fraction of Shenshaoxinxin Formula.
