双矩钉内固定治疗开放性胫腓骨多段骨折

Treatment of open segmental fractures of tibia and fibula with double-rectangular nail

目的 探讨矩形髓内钉治疗开放性胫腓骨多段骨折的临床效果。方法 回顾性总结 112例临床资料。所有患者均施行了清创、胫骨双矩钉内固定及创面修复术。结果 经 4～ 6 0个月随访 ,10 4例达到骨折临床愈合 ;10 0例创面一期愈合 ;10 1例关节功能正常或基本正常 ;9例关节活动部分受限。结论 彻底清创、早期有效应用抗生素、采用简单有效的双矩钉固定 ,是治疗开放性胫腓骨多段骨折的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double rectangular nail on open segmental fractures of tibia and fibula. Methods 112 cases of open segmental fractures of tibia and fibula were analyzed retrospectively.All patients received early debridement,internal fixation with double rectangular nail and wound repairing operation. Results After 4 to 60 months follow up,104 cases obtained clinical healing. 100 cases obtained first intention healing of the wound.101 cases have had the good or satisfactory joint function recovery and only 11 cases remained partial dysfunction of the joints. Conclusion It is effective to treat open segmental fractures of tibia and fibula with completely debridement, effective antibiotics, reduction and internal fixation by simple methods such as double rectangular nailing.
