摘要
在进一步提高脱乙酰度的基础上 ,分别对壳聚糖进行直接磺化、羟丙基改性后再磺化以及黄原酸化。它们反应的最佳条件分别为 :1克壳聚糖、甲酰胺 10ml、氯磺酸 4ml、反应温度 70℃、反应时间 4小时 ;2克羟丙基壳聚糖、氯磺酸5ml、甲酰胺 2 0ml、反应温度 70℃、反应时间 3小时 ;1克壳聚糖、NaOH溶液 5ml、浓度 30 %、CS2 12ml、反应温度 80℃、反应时间 6小时。另外 ,对壳聚糖及其磺化衍生物的抗菌性也进行了研究。
Upon the degree of deacetylation of chitosan was improved,the chitosan was sulfonated directly,sulfonated after hydroxylpropyl modification and xanthated,their optimun reaction condition were as follows respectively:1g chitosan,10ml formylamine,4ml chlorosulfonic acid,70℃,4hr;2g hydroxylpropyl chitosan, 5ml chlorosulfonic acid,20ml formylamine,70℃,3hr;1g chitosan, 5ml 30% NaOH, 12ml CS 2 , 6hr, 80℃.The antibacterial activity of chitosan derivatives were studied as well.
