摘要
利用自行设计的压井液回收模拟装置对不同密度的压井液进行了室内回收模拟实验。模拟实验结果表明,当用压井液替换井内流体时,位于压井液下部的未置换流体可与上部的压井液进行置换,因此在设计压井液密度时,应根据井内流体的体积与密度计算出入井压井液密度的附加值。对同一密度的压井液,增加排量可以提高压井液的回收率,但提高幅度不大;压井液密度越高,回收同密度压井液的体积越小,回收率越低;位于内管下部的压井液通过正常途径无法回收利用。
The laboratory simulation experiments for different density well killing fluids recovery have been conducted by using the self-designed kill fluid recovering device. The results have indicated that kill fluid can be mixed with borehole fluid left in bottom when the kill fluid displace the borehole fluid. Thus, the additive value of kill fluid density must be considered according to the volume and density of borehole fluid on designing the kill fluid density. Recovery rate of kill fluid will be enhanced with increasing displacement of kill fluids with the same density, but the increment is less; the recovery rate will be reduced with increasing the density of kill fluid; kill fluid in the inner pipe bottom will not be recovered by normal way.
