摘要 考察了采用水溶性铑膦催化体系将 1-丁烯氢甲酰化制备戊醛过程中的反应温度、压力、烯烃用量、表面活性剂的添加、催化剂浓度等因素对反应转化率及产物选择性的影响。结果表明 ,反应温度 90~ 10 0℃ ,压力 3.0MPa ,表面活性剂 (CTAB)浓度 6 .0~ 10 .0mmol/L ,催化剂浓度1.5~ 2 .0mmol/L时 ,1-丁烯转化率高 ,产物选择性好。 The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, amount of 1-butene, concentration of surfactant and catalyst on the convertion ratio and selectivity in the process of preparing valeraldehyde from 1-butene using water-soluble rhodium-phosphine complex as catalyst were investigated. The results showed that the convertion ratio of 1-butene was high and the selectivity of products was good under the condition of reaction temperature 90~ 100 ℃, reaction pressure 3.0 MPa, CTAB concentration 6.0~10 .0 mmol/L and catalyst concentration 1.5~ 2.0 mmol/L.
