摘要
目的 探讨大鼠经不同强度推拉动作暴露后,脑皮质神经元损伤程度和时相变化规律。方法 健康雄性Wistar大鼠35只,随机分为7组,每组5只;除对照组外,各组大鼠于暴露后0.5,6,24h进行灌注固定,取大脑半球,切片后分别进行HE染色和尼氏染色,镜下观察结果。结果 实验B2,B3组可见大鼠额叶皮质有一定数量的神经元形态发生改变。但实验B3组损伤程度相对较轻,其他各组无明显变化。结论 低强度推拉动作不会引起明显的大鼠脑皮质神经元损伤,而高强度推拉动作可对大脑造成较大损害。
