肾功能衰竭患者心率变异性的临床研究

Clinical study of heart rate variability in patients with renal failure

目的 观察肾功能衰竭患者心率变异性（HRV）的变化。方法 采用24h动态心电图分析肾功能衰竭患者（45例）HRV的时域指标。并与正常对照组（40例）进行比较。结果 肾功能衰竭组平均R-R间距（RRI），24h窦性R-R间期标准差（SD），5min窦性R-R间期标准差（SDAIDX），5min窦性R-R间期标准差的均值（SDIDX），R-R连续差异平方根（rMSSD)。相邻窦性R-R间期差值大于50ms的百分比（PNN50），均明显低于正常对照组，具有非常显著性差异（P<0.01)。结论 肾功能衰竭患者交感神经及迷走神经功能的受损。

Objective To observe the heart rate variability in patients with renal failure.Methods Time domain indexes of HRV were analysed through 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram in 45 cases with renal failure and then compared with that of 40 cases in the normal control group.Results RRI、SD、SDAIDX、SDIDX、rMSSD and PNN 50 were all lower than those in the normal control group.Conclusion Both sympathetic nerves and vagus nerves are injured in patients with renal failure( P <0.01).
