心肌梗死患者介入术前后血小板活化及纤溶功能的变化

The changes of platelet activation and fibrinolysis before and after interventional treatment in the patients with myocardial infarction

摘要 目的观察急性心肌梗死 (AMI)患者冠状动脉介入术后外周循环血中血小板活化及凝血 纤溶功能的变化。方法采用ELISA检测PTCA和冠状动脉内支架术前后血小板表面α 颗粒膜蛋白 (GMP 14 0 )、血管性假血友病因子(vWF)、组织纤溶酶原激活剂 (t PA)、纤溶酶原激活剂抑制物 1(PAI 1)、D 二聚体 (D D)的含量。结果 35例急性心肌梗死患者PTCA术后 10分钟 ,GMP 14 0、tPA和vWF明显增高 ,术后 2 4小时vWF仍显著增高。结论AMI患者介入术后血小板活化和纤溶功能均出现改变。 Objective To observe the changes of the platelet activation and fibrinolysis after interventional treatment in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods The plasma concentration of platelet alpha-granule membrane glycoprotein-140(GMP-140), von Willebrand factor(vWF),tissue plasminogen activator(t-PA), plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1), and D-dimer(D-D) were measured before and after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) and coronary stenting by ELISA. Results 10 minutes after PTCA in 35 patients with AMI, GMP-140, tPA and vWF were remarkably increased. 24 hours after PTCA, vWF was still remarkably increased. Results The changes of platelet activation and fibrinolysis occur in AMI patients after interventional treatment.
