立体定向术置管化疗治疗脑深部及功能区的囊性胶质瘤

Chemotherapy treating saccular glioma in the deep and functional part of brain by vessel placed in stereotactic operation

目的探讨局部应用VM2 6(威猛 )对脑深部及重要功能区的囊性胶质瘤的治疗效果。方法利用CT引导立体定向术 ,置管定期抽液与化疗。结果 12例中 2例肿瘤消失 ,10例均有不同程度缩小 ,水肿减轻。结论利用CT引导立体定向术置管定期化疗是治疗脑深部及重要功能区囊性胶质瘤既方便 ,操作又简单 ,是行之有效的方法。

Objective To study the effect of local application of VM 26 on saccular glioma in the deep and functional part of brain. Methods Chemotherapy and regular drainage were performed by placing vessel under CT-guided stereotactic operation. Results Of 12 cases, tumor disappeared in 2 cases and diminished to different degree and edema was improved in 10 cases. Results Placing vessel under CT-guided stereotactic operation is a simple and effective way to treat saccular glioma in the deep and functional part of brain.
