Clinical experience of small incision standardized operation in the treatment of benign thyroid disease

目的 :总结小切口规范化手术治疗甲状腺良性疾病的临床经验。方法 :对 4 13例因甲状腺良性疾病而行小切口规范化手术的病人进行观察随访。结果 :4 13例病人全部治愈出院 ,与传统手术相比疤痕小而隐蔽 ,术后恢复快 ,住院时间短 ,无术后并发症发生。结论 :小切口规范化手术治疗甲状腺良性疾病有其优越性 。

Objective:To summarize the clinical experience (413 cases) of small incision standardized operation of treating benign thyroid disease.Methods:To observe and follow up 413 patients that recieved thyroid operation.Results:Small incision standardized operation had a greater advantage than the traditional operation,such as easy surgical performance,quicker recovery,short period of admission,fewer complication.Conclusion:Most of benign thyroid disease can be performed under small incision standardized operation.It has been proved an outstanding method in treating benign thyroid disease.
