仔猪水肿病病原分离鉴定及药敏试验

Isolation and Identification of Pathogen in Piglet with Edema and Drug Sensitivity Test

从患病仔猪分离病原菌,据其病原菌形态、培养特性和生化特性,鉴定为大肠埃希菌,药敏试验结果表明,该菌对庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素,氧氟沙星高度敏感,对头孢呋新、头孢唑啉中度敏感,对硫酸卡那霉素、磺胺甲基异恶唑、红霉素、安苄西林不敏感,该菌致死小白鼠。用仔猪水肿病蜂胶疫苗预防健康仔猪,用庆大霉素和速尿治疗病仔猪,控制了该病。

Pathogenic bacterium was isolated from sick piglets and identified as E.coli by its morphology, culture and biochemical characteristics.The drug sensitivity test demonstrated that the bacterium was sensitive to gentamycin,amiklacin,ofloxacine,cefuroxime,cefazolin,kanamycin,sulfas,sulfamethoxazolum,erythromycin and penicillin. The bacterium was fatal to mouse.The disease was controlled through prevention with piglet edema propolis vaccine for health piglets and treatment with gentamycin and furosemide for sick piglets.
