剖宫产术中不同输糖量对母婴的影响

摘要 目的 :为了解剖宫产术中输注不同糖量对母婴的影响。方法 :选择 5 6例择期待产产妇 ,根据术前输糖量的不同分为 0 g(对照 )、6 g、12 g、2 4 g、4 0 g5组。结果 :当母体输入糖达 4 0g时 ,不但可使母体血糖和胰岛素水平明显上升 ,而且还可出现新生儿出生后低血糖和黄疸的发生率增加。结论 :剖宫产术前可不输糖或限量在 12 Objective:To observe the effects of maternal dextrose infusion during caesarean section on fetus and neonata.Methods:Fifty-six fasting women undergoing elective caesarean section are divided into the following five groups according to the different dextrose infusion before delivery,group Ⅰ(0g)?groupⅡ(6g)?groupⅢ(12g)?groupⅣ(24g)?groupⅤ(40g).Results:The maternal and umbitical cord venous blood sugar at delivery were significantly increased in groupⅣ and Ⅴ.In groupⅤ,neonatal acidosis (pH=7.19±0.02) was induced.There was higher incidence of neonatal jaundice in infants of group V than in those of group Ⅰ and Ⅱ.Conclusion:It is suggested that the larger amounts of intravenous dextrose to the maternal is harmful to the neonata during caesarean section.
