102例脑瘫后遗症的外科矫形治疗

Experience of Treatment of the Sequelae of Cerebral Palsy by Orthopedic Surgery

目的 探讨各类型的脑瘫后遗症对颈动脉交感神经网剥离加肢体矫治的疗效。方法 采用患侧肢体的对侧颈动脉交感神经网剥离 2～ 3cm ,加肢体畸形矫治手术。结果 本组 10 2例通过颈动脉交感神经网剥离术后脑血流有明显改善 ,肢体痉挛程度降低。结论 脑瘫后遗症的不同类型 ,对颈动脉交感神经网剥离的效果不一致。其中大脑运动区痉挛型疗效最好 ,小脑共济失调型较差。

Objective To search the effects of denervation of arteria carotid sympathetic nerve net plus limbs orthotherapy on all types of sequelae of cerebral palsy.Methods Using the denervation of carotid arteria sympathetic nerve net 2 to 3 cm at affected limb's opposing lateral site plus orthopedic operation of destorted limbs.Results After operations in this way, the 102 patients'blood stream in their brains has been obviously improved, and the spasm degree of the limbs has been decreased.Conclusions This method of denervation in different types of sequela of cerebral palsy have different effects, it has the best effective to remission of the spasm in the sports section of brain,but there is poor efficacy in sequela of dystaxia type of cerebellum.
