摘要
以印楝茎尖为外植体进行离体快速繁殖 ,外植体采用次氯酸钠预处理 ,用 0 1%的HgCl2 浸泡消毒 ,共设6 6个处理 ,3次重复 ,分 3次试验。结果表明 ,芽增殖培养基最佳组合为MS +6 -BA 7 0mg/L +IAA 0 0 1mg/L+ZT 0 1mg/L ,生根培养基为 1/ 2MS +NAA 0 5mg/L ,能有效促进芽生根 ,且移栽成活率可达 80
The experiment of in vitro propagation of Azadirachta indica using the stem apex as explant was carried out. The explant was pre treated by sodium hypochlorite, soaking with HgCl 2 of 0 1 % in order to realize sterilization. Sixty treatments, and three replications were set up. The experimental results showed that the optimum preparations of bud enrichment and rooting were MS + 6-BA 7 0 mg/L + IAA 0 01 mg/L + ZT 0 1mg/L and 1/2 MS + NAA 0 5 mg/L respectively. The survival ratio of transplantation could achieve 80 %.
