摘要
在介绍木质素结构的基础上 ,从降解木质素的菌种及主要酶、产酶的条件 ,分析了真菌降解木质素的研究现状 ,介绍了真菌降解木质素及其酶的应用 。
The current situation of study on the fungi degrading lignin was reviewed and analyzed from the following aspects, the species of ligninolytic fungi, the main degradation enzymes, and the conditions of degradation enzyme production. The application of fungi degrading lignin and the enzymes were introduced.The existing problems and the development orientation of fungi degrading lignin were put forward.
