甘蓝型油菜属间体细胞杂种雄性不育材料的研究 被引量:15

摘要 甘蓝型油菜与诸葛菜、新疆野生油菜体细胞杂交产生甘蓝型油菜雄性不育材料NOCMS和NSaCMS。用隐性核不育材料的保持系、波里马CMS和陕 2ACMS的保持系、波里马CMS和陕 2ACMS的恢复系对NOCMS和NSaCMS测交 ,结果表明 ,NOCMS和NSaCMS是恢保关系明显不同于陕 2ACMS和波里马CMS的细胞质雄性不育材料。NO和NSa可育自交后代育性表现 3(可育 )∶1(不育 )分离 ,初步认为不育性由单隐性核基因控制。 Two different male sterile populations (NO CMS and NSa CMS) were derived from somatic hybrids of Brassica napus(+) Orychophragmus violaceusand B.napus(+) S.arvensis(Xinjiang wild rape), respectively. Fertility performance after test cross by oilseed rape breeding lines showed that NO CMS and NSa CMS belonged to alloplasmic male sterility. The restoring-maintaining relationship of NO CMS and NSa CMS is apparently different from Shan 2A and Polima CMS, implying a different origin of these novel CMS. The self-pollinated progenies of NO and NSa fertile plants segregated into 3 fertile: 1 sterile ratio, indicating that their male sterile character was controlled by one pair of nucleic recessive genes.
