摘要
通过对 12个生育期一致的小麦品种 (系 )灌浆初期衰老指数的调查及丙二醛 (MDA)含量的测定 ,探讨了小麦品种抗衰性与丙二醛 (MDA)含量的相关性 ,结果表明 ,生育期一致的小麦品种 (系 )衰老指数与MDA含量呈极显著正相关 (r=0 75 2 1) ,即同一时期 (灌浆初期 ) ,抗衰性愈强的品种 ,其丙二醛含量愈低。由此可见 ,利用MDA的含量鉴定小麦品种的抗衰性是可行的。
The analysis of the relationship between MDA content and senescence index from 12 wheat varieties were studied on first filling stage The results showed that MDA content was extremely significant positive related with senescence index on first filling stage( r =0 7521) That is to say, the more strong senescence resistance is, the more low MDA content is,According to these, we can get a conclusion as follows,it is applicable to take MDA content as a index of senescence resistance
