摘要
在理论上对浮选柱生产过程进行了动态性能分析和控制系统的特性分析后 ,研究了浮选柱生产过程的稳定控制 ,采用变结构PID控制和分布式电导传感器矿浆液位检测 ,利用单片机技术研制了浮选柱系统的控制器 。
Based on theoretical analysis on Dynamic Performance of Flotation Column and the characteristic of its control system in production operation, the research works have been carried out on stable control of flotation column in coal cleaning production. The variable structure PID control and the liquid level detector with distributed electrically conducted-transducers are used in the system; consequently, a controller for the flotation column system has been developed by use of monolithic processor technology. Therefore, stable control of coal column flotation process has been affected.
