摘要
常州市区生活垃圾的产生量逐年上升 ,影响了城市总体环境质量的改善与提高 ,通过对常州市区生活垃圾产生量、组成、处理现状与趋势的介绍、分析 ,提出今后的对策是建立、完善管理法规 ,征收垃圾处理费 ,推行垃圾分类收集等措施。
The output of domestic waste in Changzhou city is rising up year by year.It impacts improving and upgrating of city's general environmental quality.Based on introduction and analysis of the current situation and trend of output, composition and disposal of domestic waste, some countermeasures,including making and improving management regulations.Levy charge on waste treatment and implementing waste sorting collection were put forward.
