摘要
①目的 探讨高血压病人血浆氧化低密度脂蛋白 (OX LDL)和可溶性细胞间黏附分子 1(sICAM 1)水平的变化及其意义。②方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法 (ELISA) ,检测了 10 8例高血压病人和 48例健康人血浆OX LDL、sICAM 1水平的变化。③结果 高血压病人血浆sICAM 1和OX LDL水平明显增高 ,与对照组比较差异有极显著性 (t=11.3 60、12 .85 1,P <0 .0 0 1) ,且Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期高血压病人OX LDL、sICAM 1比较差异亦有极显著意义 (F =19.75、2 2 .3 0 ,q =10 .62 5~ 14.3 3 1,P <0 .0 0 1) ,高血压病人OX LDL与sICAM 1含量呈正相关 (r=0 .668,P <0 .0 0 1)。④结论 高血压的发生与血浆sICAM 1和OX
Objective To explore the changes of plasma oxidized low density lipoprotein (OX-LDL) and soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1). Methods By using the ELISA, the changes of OX-LDL and sICAM-1 levels were measured in 108 patients with hypertension and 48 healthy subjects. Results The OX-LDL and sICAM-1 levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in the controls (t=11.360, 12.851, P<0.001), and the increase of OX-LDL and sICAM-1 was more obvious along with the severity of patients' condition (F=19.75, 22.30, q=10.625-14.331, P<0.001). The OX-LDL was positively correlated with sICAM-1 in patients with hypertension (r=0.668, P<0.001). Conclusion The development of hypertension is closely related to the increase of OX-LDL and sICAM-1 levels.
