①目的 回顾总结胸腺瘤外科手术治疗的效果。②方法 对 3 5例胸腺瘤病人手术入路进行了回顾性研究。③结果 手术完整切除 3 1例 ,大部切除 4例 ,切除率 89% ,围手术期无死亡者。④结论 手术治疗胸腺瘤效果良好 。
Objective To review and summarize the operative result of 35 cases of thymoma. Methods The operative approaches in 35 patients with thymoma were studied retrospectively. Results A complete resection was achieved in 31 cases and partial one in 4 cases. The resection rate was 89%. No death occurred peri-operatively. Conclusion The operative outcome is good for thymoma. Median sternotomy is the best approach for the operation.
