螺旋CT血管造影对主动脉夹层的诊断价值

THE VALUE OF SPIRAL CT ANGIOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF AORTIC DISSECTION

①目的 探讨螺旋CT血管造影 (SCTA)对主动脉夹层的诊断价值。②方法 对 2 0例主动脉夹层病人临床资料进行分析 ,评价SCTA诊断主动脉夹层的优缺点。③结果 SCTA扫描快 ,图像直观 ,不受金属植入物及病情的限制且微创。④结论 SCTA在主动脉夹层的诊断、分型、术前模拟等方面较其他影像检查方法有明显优势 。

Objective To explore the value of spiral CT angiography(SCTA) in the diagnosis of aortic dissection(AD). Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with AD were analyzed. The advantages and shortcomings of SCTA for the diagnosis of AD were evaluated. Results SCTA had advantages as follows: rapid scanning, accurate picture, no restrictions on metal implant and seriously ill as well as micro-invasive. Conclusion SCTA is better than other imaging in terms of diagnosis, typing and preoperative simulation of AD, which might be the first of choice for the diagnosis.
